Who is the client?
Ekipa Holding is a rapidly growing company that originated from the popularity of the internet creators group known as Ekipa, founded by YouTuber Friz (Karol Wiśniewski). The company operates in entertainment, media, and production sectors, specializing in video content creation, audiovisual productions, as well as advertising and marketing activities. Ekipa Holding is also expanding into e commerce, producing branded merchandise and clothing under the EKIPATONOSI label.
What was
the problem?
At the start of the project, Ekipa Holding comprised eight companies with multiple business lines. The management faced challenges in aggregating data from all companies to generate regular financial and investor reports. Another issue was the significant amount of time the accounting team spent consolidating the financial results of the capital group. The wide range of Ekipa’s business lines, from creator settlements to FMCG and game production, also made financial analysis difficult.

The Incro Strategy in Action
How we delivered Ekipa Holding's results
Our collaboration with Ekipa began by identifying the needs of the accounting team. During the preparatory phase, we analyzed how the company tracks transactions between its entities and across the entire holding. We then defined the key requirements of the CFO and the management team. Additionally, we suggested expanding the analyses to include several important business performance indicators. Next, we developed a financial dashboard (management cockpit) that incorporated the financial results of both the holding and individual companies. We implemented this by creating a data modeling program in SQL and visualized the results using PowerBI.
